Registration

  • Please bring along the Identification Documents used for opening account(s) in Mainland China Branches. Other Identification Documents will not be accepted for registration.
  • Just bring along the "Pacific Debit Card" which is incorporated with the savings or time deposit accounts in Mainland China Branches, so you don't have to memorize the account numbers.


Usage

  • Enquiry: After account registration, you can check the account balance of the "Pacific Debit Card" via the "My Account - Account Overview (Mainland)" function. Besides, you can check on the transaction record via the "My Account - Transaction Records (Mainland)" function.
  • Transfer: You can transfer to BOCOM account in Mainland China via the "Fund Transfer - BOCOM Account (Mainland)" function.
  • Transfer: Please remember to choose HKD, RMB or USD when you select the deposit currency. (Note: For transfer in HKD or USD, customers must register an English address with the Bank)
  • Transfer: Please remember that the transfer should be made during the service hour from Monday to Friday 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.. The service is not available outside the above service hours and on Saturday/ Sunday/ Hong Kong Holidays/ Mainland China Holidays.
