  2. After entering the Account Binding page, input Corporate Internet Banking No.("CIBN"), User ID/Log-in Name and Password, read and accept the related Terms and Condition after inputting the information

  3. Input the security code.


4. What should corporate customer do if they cannot bind with BOCOM HK WeChat Official Account due to forgotten Corporate Internet Banking password?
  Please reset password in Corporate Internet Banking. Corporate customers may bind with BOCOM HK WeChat Official Account once the password has been successfully reset.


5. Could corporate customers bind with BOCOM HK WeChat Official Account if their Corporate Internet Banking account or security device are invalid?

  Cusotmers can Log in corporate internet banking, select " Amount Notification " from "Others" to set up the accounts and amounts (in HKD) of the instant alerts of incoming/outgoing fund transactions.

7. Could customers bind both Personal “BOCOM HK” WeChat Official Account and Corporate BOCOM HK WeChat Official Account simultaneously?
  Yes. Customers may bind with both BOCOM HK WeChat Official Account (Personal banking) and BOCOM HK WeChat Official Account(applicable to corporate customers).

8. Could corporate internet banking user bind with more than one WeChat account?
  No. A corporate internet banking user can only bind with one WeChat account.

9. What steps should corporate customers take to unbind account with BOCOM HK WeChat Official Account?
  Corporate customers may unbind your Corporate Internet Banking account from the BOCOM HK WeChat Official Accounts with the following ways:

Unbinding with "BOCOM HK" WeChat Official Account:
  1. Unfollow "BOCOM HK" WeChat Official Account; Or

  2. Select "Account Service (銀行服務)" -> click "Account Binding/ Unbinding (賬戶綁定/解綁) -> unbinding account(企業用戶解除綁定). -> confirm unbinding account (解除綁定)

Unbinding with Internet Banking Service:
  1. Log in corporate internet banking, select " Wechat Unbinding" from "Others" -> click "Confirm" to unbind.

10. Are customers still able to browse the content provided by "BOCOM HK" WeChat Official Account after account unbinding?
  Yes. Customers are still able to browse the content and receive news from the "BOCOM HK" WeChat Official Account after account unbinding.

11. Could customers re-bind with "BOCOM HK" WeChat Official Account after unbinding?
  Yes. Customers can complete account binding anytime.

12. Are customers still able to receive SMS/ e-mail notification after binding the account?
  SMS/ e-mail instruction will not be affected after the account binding, the bank will send the SMS/ e-mail according to the instruction given.

13. Will customers be charged for binding corporate internet banking account with "BOCOM HK" WeChat Official Account?
  No. The service is free of charge.

14. What should customers do if they lose their mobile devices or forget the WeChat Account?
  Customers can Log in corporate internet banking, select " Wechat Unbinding" from "Others" -> click "Confirm" to unbind.
