FPS Services

Bank of Communications provides FPS Service includes FPS-Transfer Service, FPS-Refund Service and Addressing Service.

• FPS-Transfer Service*: Supports HKD and CNY fund transfers to beneficiary account number or a Proxy ID (mobile number/ email address/ FPS identifier) registered with other banks/financial institutions in Hong Kong. Funds will be processed instantly by our bank through local interbank transfer.

• FPS-Refund Service: Funds collected through FPS service can be refunded easily. No additional beneficiary information is required to initiate a FPS transfer refund.

• Addressing Service: Supports applications for FPS identifiers to link up with Bankcomm bank accounts. To change a collection account, customer can simply link up the FPS identifier with another Bankcomm bank account through this service.

* FPS-Transfer Service and FPS-Refund Service support fund transfer during business hour. Non-business hour FPS fund transfer service is available upon application.

• Provide stop e-Cheque and online enquiry of return e-Cheque/ debit advice
