Access "Bill Payment" > "Pay & Enquire Bill" > "Register & Pay Unregistered Bill", then select the payee merchant and enter the necessary details for registration. Click "Submit" after filling in the information (Registration for all merchant categories requires two-factor authentication by security device except for "Government or Statuory Organisation", "Primary or Secondary Education", "Public Utility" and "Post-secondary or Specialised Education".
After the registration and payment, a bill can be enquired on "Pay & Enquire Bill" and direct payment can be proceeded simply by clicking "Pay Bill" next to the registered bill.
Select "Pay & Enquire Bill" under "Bill Payment" to enquire the registered bills or proceed with payment.
Please select or enter the necessary transaction details and press "Submit".
Standing Instructions are available for bill payment, you may choose to pay a merchant on a designated date. (Within 30 days)
"Verify" the details inputted or amend transaction details. When the transaction is completed, a transaction reference will be displayed on the page and you may "Save" or "Print" the page for reference.
