Download or update "BOCOM(HK)" Mobile app, then login with your Username and Password.

Mobile Token introductory page will be displayed, please click "Activate Mobile Token Now". If you don’t see the page after login, you can also find it from the "Mobile Token" function in the index page.

Input "SMS Password" or "Security code" for verification, and confirm the Terms and Conditions.

Input "SMS Password" or "Security code" for verification, and confirm the Terms and Conditions.

Set up "Mobile Token Password", and click "Confirm".

Mobile Token has been activated successfully. You can now log onto Mobile Banking Services or generate security code using your "Mobile Token Password". You may also click "Activate Biometric Authentication" to activate Biometric Authentication.
