Duties

• In response to the financial market conditions, take charge of reviewing different financial tools to design up-to-date treasury products/services
• Lead a team for treasury products development and strategies formulation by analyzing operating environment and market trends
• Develop risk-adverse culture, monitor compliance matters and take necessary control measures, and ensure the practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with various internal parties on key projects implementation

Requirements

• Degree holder or above with minimum 5 years' experience in financial industry, with solid experience in treasury product development
• High resilience, with good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Manager, Treasury Products

Head of Cross-border Business (CNY & CNH)

Duties

• Lead the team to explore business opportunities in response to changes in RMB policies
• Set up business strategies and business plan for expanding income sources from cross-border business opportunities

Duties

• Carry out Renminbi offshore, foreign currencies structured financing
• Assist clients to carry out structured financing in offshore markets

Relationship Manager (Financial Institutions Department)

Duties

• Develop and maintain customer relationship with financial institutions including bank and non-bank institutional clients
• Explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and selling of bank's financial products in the areas of lending, structured transactions, syndication, treasury, trade financing or other financial products
• Provide professional financial solutions and conduct client due diligence, credit analysis and prepare credit proposals

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

Duties

• Responsible for FX quotation and executing customer orders
• Provide support to team members and the Department on new business

Requirements

Duties

• Responsible for pricing, trading and hedging interest rate/FX derivatives and expanding the derivatives desk
• Provide market comments and trading ideas to clients and senior management

Requirements

• Degree holder or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with minimum 2 years' relevant experience in financial institutions

Manager, Treasury Products (Business Control – Global Markets)

Duties

• Responsible for new product design and development as well as regular review on existing products
• Participate in preparing test plans/test scripts, conducting UAT/system test and preparing the fault reports for follow up
• Liaise with various internal parties on the implementation of key projects and work closely with various departments in ensuring the quality of the deliverables

Requirements

• Degree holder in Economics, Finance or a related discipline or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5

Assistant Manager, System Support (Business Control-Global Markets)

Duties

• Responsible for providing technical support to dealers and contact external system vendors for follow up
• Assist in running daily market risk monitoring system reports and providing technical support of streamlining assigned workflow
• Participate in preparing test plans/test scripts, conducting UAT/system test and preparing the fault reports for follow up
• Work closely with various departments in ensuring the quality of the deliverables

Requirements

• Degree holder or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with minimum 1 year's relevant working experience in banking or financial industry
• Strong communication and writing skills, experience in system testing with hands-on experience in treasury related systems such as SUMMIT will be a definite advantage

Senior Fund Manager

Duties

• Responsible for formulating investment strategies and risk control measures, as well as managing provident funds or discretionary investment management.
• Monitor economic / industry trends and portfolio characteristics; prepare investment proposals and market commentaries.
• Perform comprehensive investment performance reports and risk assessment for investment markets

Requirements

• Degree holder or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, holder of Financial Risk Manager (FRM) or Certified Financial Planner (CFPCM) will be an advantage

Requirements

AVP, Treasury Marketing (Institutional sales, Fixed income focused)

Duties

• Primarily to develop /identify mainland/local/international Institutional client on both primary and secondary of fixed income products
• Achieve annual financial target (in accordance with market practice, department/team/ individual budget and other factors)
• Maintaining good relationship with existing real money banking account and increasing for penetration. Bring up new accounts for NBFI clients
• Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned, such as reports, system testing

Requirements

• Degree holder or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with at least 3 years of treasury sales related work experience, such as fixed income/Institutional sales/Corporate sales etc. Fixed income trader/Syndicate background is also welcomed
• Sound knowledge and experience in fixed income products, mainly focus on China credit market (investment grades). For the knowledge in the FX/ IRS /Swap or related derivatives products be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English is a must. Fluent in Cantonese is a plus;
• Strong learning ability, coordination ability and team spirit, full of passion, and able to adapt to higher intensity work requirements; Highly self-motivated; ability to work individually and within a team.;
• Passes in HKSI Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4 & 9) with TMA Qualification is a must.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as VP, and less experience will be considered as Manager.
