    Deputy Branch Manager (Sales)

    Duties

    • Facilitate customer relationship management and branch’s financial services as provided to customer in achieving bank’s sales targets and enhance overall revenue’s net growth
    • Monitor and motivate a team of staff in providing retail banking services

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines

    • Develop and maintain customer relationship with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients

    • Responsible for processing daily settlement operations for Credit Card & CUP Card
    • Review and formulate internal operation policies and procedures, as well as participate in different ad hoc assignments relating to system enhancement

    Securities Product Manager, E-Banking Business

    Duties:

    • Manage the launch of business initiatives, including new product features, services enhancements and marketing programs for securities business
    • Track and perform analysis on business results and marketing program performance
