    Branch Operations Manager

    Duties:
    • Supervise and support the routine operations of branches to ascertain adherence to proper procedures
    • Engage in sales activities for promoting consumer banking products to prospective clients
    Requirements:
    • Degree holder or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5.
    • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in branch operations management.
    • Passes in Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examination is a must. (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4). Passed in MPF & Insurance Intermediaries Examinations are preferable.

    Duties:

    • Develop the strategic planning for the overseas merchant Credit Card Usage activities to recruit the renowned overseas merchants to provide offers for Card members
    • Plan and Implement various overseas merchant partnership programs to achieve the assigned business target and to grow the spending volume of credit card business

    Duties:

    Duties:

    • Act as digital platform and product owner to drive digital innovation & experience uplift, and manage day-to-day digital business for the bank.
    • Identify, plan and implement digital business opportunities with ultimate targets of acquisition, revenue and usage.

    Manager, Account Surveillance (12-month contract - Credit Card Project Management)


    Duties:

    • Participate in the requirement gathering, solution design, testing, system support and enhancement of new initiatives in the Credit Card Business

    Assistant Manager, Authorization (Credit Card)


    Duties:

    • Handle credit card authorization requests of purchase and cash advance from cardholders, merchants and other acquiring banks on a 24-hour basis
    • Handle lost and stolen card reporting
    • Monitor and review suspicious credit card transactions, suspend card usage temporarily
    • Handle inquiries from merchants and deal with clerical works

    Requirements:

    • Degree holder or above or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in credit card authorization field
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Processing
