Duties
- Responsible for conducting credit assessments on commercial lending and trade finance products
- Analyze risks and risk mitigation of credit applications
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines, with minimum 3 year’s relevant experience in banking industry
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Deputy Chief Analyst, Credit Analysis

Manager, Documentation (Commercial)
Duties
- Prepare and review loan documents for Commercial Facilities
- Liaise with legal counsels and marketing units to ensure proper and efficient operations of credit administration work
- Review loan operation procedures and streamlining workflow
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Finance or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' experience in loan documentation and credit administration
- Experience in commercial loans and syndicated loans will be an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of loan documentation, procedures and relevant legal requirements
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager, Documentation (Commercial)

Senior Analyst, Market Risk
Duties:
- Responsible for monitoring the Bank’s investment portfolio, including bond, FX, IR, commodity and credit products, and performing daily market risk analysis such as market data, pricing model, sensitivity model, VaR model
-
Implement IFRS9 hedge accounting, CSA and ARR discounting for FX and IR products
-
Perform stress testing for market risk, including reverse stress test

Implement market risk FRTB project, CVA/DVA and PFE
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with major in Financial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with FRM or CFA qualification is an advantage

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experiences in banking or financial sector, with intensive knowledge on pricing model and market risk models for FX, IR and Credit products

Familiar with market risk system, such as Summit, KRM, Bloomberg
-
Strong programming skill is a must
-
Knowledge of Partial Differential Equation and Stochastic Differential Equation is a plus

- Responsible for preparing an IRB modelling approach for exposure to bank

Prepare the stress testing for the risk exposure to bank
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above with major in Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5

Knowledge on Basel, credit risk models and understanding of statistical aspects will be an advantage

Strong computing and programming skill such as SAS, VBA and Matlab is a must

Duties

Review the debt collection documents and procedure at corporate and retail non-performing customers

Prepare reports to senior management on non-performing customers

Provide the professional service in debt recovery process on customers depict early warning signal
Requirements
- Degree holder or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5, with minimum 8 year's relevant experience in banking industry

Experience in handling court cases in PRC is preferred

Acute sense of credit risk, and sound knowledge in legal process related to debt collection
