24-hour Worldwide Emergency Assistance Services

With your Bank of Communications Credit Card, you may access the 24-hour Worldwide Emergency Assistance Services including lost / stolen card reporting and emergency cash assistance when travelling abroad.

Complaint Procedures Against Merchants

Any complaints from you against the merchants must be resolved by the two parties concerned and you should contact the merchants directly. The existence of any claims or disputes between you and the merchants shall not relieve yours obligation to settle any sum outstanding with our Bank. Our bank shall not be liable for any goods and services supplied by the merchants, or shall not be liable or held responsible if the merchants to an intended transaction refuse to accept the credit card.

 

Cancellation of Autopay Service

If you have authorized any merchants to directly debit or to make autopay from your credit card account, you should contact the corresponding merchants to cancel such arrangement or rearrange the payment method.
