1. Provide coverage to private residential buildings with a maximum age up to 50 years, or Home Ownership Scheme buildings with a maximum age up to 25 years.
2. Up to HK$1.2 million coverage for home decoration, furniture and personal belongings.
3. Up to HK$12 million coverage for third party legal liability.
4. Nil depreciation for home decoration and electrical appliances for the first 2 years.
5. Cover valuables, wine, artwork and portable electronic communication products at home (including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets and notebook computers).
6. Cover credit card or electronic wallet from being stolen, such as: WeChat Pay/ BoC Pay/ Samsung Pay/ PayMe / AlipayHK/ Personalized Octopus / JoyYou Card.
7. Cover the accidental loss or damage directly caused by typhoons or rainstorms for windows and outdoor household contents on residential balcony.
8. Cover theft of money by domestic helper and domestic helper's personal effects protection.
9. Free domestic pet third party legal liability protection.
10. Free "solar photovoltaic system" third party legal liability protection.
11. Cover the expenses for modifying household devices due to permanent physical disability of family members.
12. Third Party legal liability arising from being a tenant (applicable only if your insured premises is rented).
13. 24-hour home assistance services, such as arranging electricians, plumbers, locksmiths, dental referrals, nanny referrals, nursing referrals, home cleaning and pest control referrals, etc.
14. Offer 3 optional coverage which allow you to select additional protection based on your needs (no underwriting required), including:

• Third party legal liability protection arising from designated electric vehicle charging facilities.
• Third party legal liability protection arising from car park in the parking space.
• Extra third party legal liability coverage up to HK$30 million.
